Well at least that is what they say. So I figured I would start doing some decorating & a favorite soup recipe. Hmmmm, my only problem is it is nearly 90 degrees. Oh well! I needed to use up some potatoes that were getting a little old. I also am ready for a different look. OK I'm usually a pastel kind of gal. Somewhere between the shabby and the chic, and the romantic decor. However who can resist the beautiful colors of nature. Da Hubs and I are Rving this weekend. One of my favorite little shops is where we are going. Oh boy Oh boy!! I will talk to you soon, & post some more of my decorating. Hopefully my little shop will inspire me even more.
Hope & Hugs to all.

I'm finally back!
I would like to begin by apologizing to the lovely ladies who have emailed. You were very encouraging about my blog. Thank you so much. I'm so sorry I couldn't get back to you right away. I hope I will be able to do better.
I have had quite an unusual & hectic summer. I won't go into all of the details but will try to give you the short-short version. I had three disc surgery in the spring. I am healing well, but not being on my meds for CFS & FMS has been a big upset to my health. My husbands parents have been in & out of hospitals & rehab centers for months. They live one to two hours each way for us to visit and help them as needed. Since I couldn't drive long trips, I was mostly home alone recovering. We do finally have them in the same rehab center together. Hopefully they will be better and go home together. That will cut travel time, and get their dog back to them. Oh yes noone else would take her (she is a little indian) so gimpy here has her along with my two older ones and a teorrist Chihuahua 1-1/2yr puppy. In the middle of all this we rushed my husband to the hospital (he is now fine) and one of my older dogs too (he too is better).
We did finally take a little weekend trip. My picture is a few of my finds. I am so looking forward to fall!!! Hope & hugs to all.
